    Francine is the Owner, Managing Director and Global CEO of SAPSOL®.
    She has been involved in many corporate start-ups and acted as CFO and CEO of multiple business during this time.
    She has gained a great insight for business development and is a keen contributor to the business change strategy of our clients.

    As a strong advocate for innovation and change she understand that the way we adopt change is key to success or failure of any venture and the first step is to accept the need for change. She believes there there are a number of statements that are true about change. Namely that it frightens and inconveniences us, we often do not like to change and will resist it if we can, it represents anything that is new and different, very often if resisted will have some form of cost therefore the speed it occurs is very important and above all it is crucial to have visionary leadership to develop success strategies that take this into account. For the past 35 years she has specialised in supporting disruptive change leadership and how to leverage the benefits of implementing a digital agenda. During this time she has acted as an enabler to ensure a successful transition from a strategic vision into a digital business model.

    She has 2 adult children and supports many ecological pursuits in her spare time.

    Mike Davis
    SAP CTO
    and
    S4HANA Programme Director

    Mike is a Global SAP CTO with extensive experience as a Programme Transformation and Engagement Director.
    He has a 35+ year Tier 1 Consultancy background. Managing large scale Business Transformational Change, Global and multi-country role outs - IoT, eCom, Digital and Big Data Delivery.

    A keen contributor specialising in the successful delivery of strategic Business Transformational Change and Programme Management functions.
    Mike has acted as a Non-Executive Director (NED), spoken at events and written various articles on SAP S4HANA delivery. He is a very passionate and strong ambassador of the Customer First strategy and has often been the key enabler to many turn-a-round programmes.
    Mike has an exceptional passion for supporting and delivering business enablement, he strives to ensure clients obtain the very best results from the programmes that he undertakes. His focus is always on the goal at hand and leads by example.

    He has 2 children and is an experienced RYA Yachmaster. He sails on a regular basis in his free time.

    Alex is a natural born leader, offering substantial experience in end-to-end transformation project execution, portfolio management, financial management, and business growth.

    He has been instrumental in negotiating multi-million-pound contracts, leading high-profile projects, building trusted relationships with stakeholders, and building and motivating high performing cross-functional teams.
    As an engaging leader, he builds and maintains long-term professional relationships with clients and stakeholders alike. His core strength is delivering business benefits in ERP landscapes, transforming business processes, and devising/implementing value strategies.
    Alex understands deeply how to empower the individual to deliver their best possible performance, including both in-house and outsourced resources, and is renowned for his inspirational leadership style. Recognised for directing and motivating global cross-cultural teams to achieve collective company goals and shared visions, as well as formulating strategic solutions to complex business transformation challenges.

    He is married and has a family of 4 teenagers and enjoys outdoor pursuits during his time off work.

    Nicola Lloyd
    SAP Training Manager

    Nicola is a highly experienced training instructor. She had defined course outlines and training scenarios. Managed the development of training content based on business requirements. Creating portfolio of training methods including e-training, instructor led training and virtual training.

    Understanding the business process by working closely with the business and key stakeholders Nicola can identify key training requirements and present them to the business.
    Defining how the client can approach and maximise training effectiveness by using SAPSOL to facilitate and support the training needs to the client. Enable Train the Trainer, User Acceptance and End user Training and create quality training materials – quick reference guides, help menus and job aids
    • Work with the business to define training timescales and environment.
